About Owner
My name is Rutujaa P. Motghare, and I hold a B.Sc and an MBA degree. I am a professional Anchor, Singer, Dance Choreographer, and Event Manager. Since childhood, I have been a passionate dancer, singer, and a bright student. My musical journey began in 2003 when I joined a classical music class. Over the years, I completed classical music and dance exams, mastering classical and freestyle dance.
At the age of 18, I joined an orchestra group, and my first album, “Ala G Bahar,” was released in 2005. In 2008, I participated in the Ram Bandhu Sahyadri Antakshari Music competition, Mumbai.
In 2012, I founded my own music and event management group under the name Rutu’s Events. From 2016 to 2020, my events were successfully managed under the Rutu’s Events banner. However, in 2020, I rebranded my company as Engross Events, expanding its services and introducing fresh, innovative event concepts. With a deep passion for event planning, creativity, and excellence, I am dedicated to making every event memorable and extraordinary.
